While we may sleep, we rarely get sufficient rest in our waking hours. Hit the reset button and join Sue for an evening of profound relaxation where the body and mind can enjoy the deep benefits of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

 

Restorative yoga helps us to release tension, learn to relax and rest deeply, and become more familiar with ourselves.

 

Deep relaxation benefits all the organ systems of the body, reducing blood pressure and strengthening immune function, digestion and elimination and more.

 

Yoga Nidra allows you to move into deeper states of relaxation with awareness, letting the body and mind rest while Consciousness is awake, helping to manage cortisol levels and induce restful sleep.

 

All levels are welcome.  This workshop offers two hours of continuing education credits for teachers.
