Qigong Foundations is an exploration and inquiry into the body’s innate intelligence through Qigong movements. The intention for this workshop is to establish a solid foundation and basic understanding of this ancient movement and healing art, so you can seamlessly incorporate it into your life.

Qigong — sometimes called The Art of Effortless Power — has been practiced for thousands of years in the Far East with tremendous healing and regenerative benefits. Qigong literally translates to ‘life energy cultivation’ (qi is similar to the yogic concept/force of prana). It is a transformative physical, mental and emotional practice, which incorporates flowing movements to sharpen our focus, cultivate inner strength and find equanimity.
