This workshop will focus on full body strengthening poses which boost energy and cultivate resilience. The session will conclude with poses for recovery and relaxation.
Created by B.K.S. Iyengar over a period of 75 years of teaching and practicing, Iyengar Yoga is a method that uses sequencing, timing, and props to promote vitality, resilience, and emotional stability.
Iyengar Yoga offers a safe, gradual and progressive path for transformation to students of any age, body-type and fitness level.
Open to all levels.
