STEFANIE ZIMMERMANN CASTSON BSc Physiotherapist, Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500hr & RPYT), Anatomy Educator, Based in Zürich, Switzerland

Health through motion is my passion. After I became a trained physiotherapist in 2003, I directed my skills toward preventive health. Yoga was the perfect way for me to evolve in that direction. Ever since because I learned the craft in Vancouver, it has been a part of my daily life. Today, as head of Health & Yoga Switzerland, I organise health and yoga events, work as a physiotherapist and yoga therapist, and teach yoga both locally and nationally. You can find more details at www.healthandyoga.ch, where you can also purchase my 3-in-1 Strength-ability Strap - scientifically designed to optimise movement and mindfulness. And being an RPYT, I also offer pre and post-natal yoga for our moms out there. Whatever wellness and awareness you seek, for mind or body, I will guide you there.
