Are you looking to truly expand your practice? The Eye of the Tigress is a 3 hour class experiences that builds upon your dedicated practice through exploring complex asana poses. Together with Sue, you will break down poses in safe, fun and challenging ways, as well as build sequencing that takes your practice to the next level.

This class is great for yoga teachers, yogis who love a challenge, and are OPEN TO ALL intermediate to advanced students.

 The Eye of the Tigress counts towards Dig's 500-Hour Advanced Teacher Training program and as Yoga Alliance continuing education credits.
