Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX) Suspension Training with Dean Smith

TRX is a full body strength workout that allows you to use your own body weight for resistance training. Easy transitions of just changing your body positions will make an exercise easier or more challenging. This workshop is designed for all levels. During this workshop you will gain strength and length in your muscles without bulk. The TRX straps give you the freedom of mobility which allows you to move around differently than you would be able to on your own, creating a foundation for core stability. These classes target all of your muscle groups, but there is a lot of emphasis placed on the core. This workshop will improve your core stability, balance, overall strength and your cardio respiratory system.

 

Class on 10/21 will be a focus to build strength towards arm balances (Bakasana mainly)
