Healthy Soil, Healthy Body / Earth element

Wednesday June 2nd, 9:30-11:30am

Outside at Honey Hollow Farm: 2799 Creamery Rd, New Hope, PA 18938

Dig Yoga will be collaborating with Mosaic at Honey Hollow Farm to offer The Yoga of Living outdoor classes (2hrs) every other Wednesday in June (2nd, 16th, 30th).

Each Yoga of Living class focuses on a different theme/element that will encourage us to set intentions, participate in a light to moderate yogic practice, including breath work, as well as engage in some hands-on activity and educational experiences connecting us to Nature. The goal is to not only become grounded within but also connect to the earth and most importantly, each other.

Dig Yoga will be collaborating with Mosaic at Honey Hollow Farm to offer The Yoga of Living outdoor classes (2hrs) every other Wednesday in June (2nd, 16th, 30th). Our first class will focus on the Earth element and our microbiome, and begin by grounding into our bodies with breathing practices and light yogic movement. We will then take to the garden and learn the importance of soil health and probiotics. Plan to get your hands in the dirt as we plant seeds for you to take home and grow. We will transition into the importance of probiotics for our physical body where we will play with a couple ways to make delicious drinks that are easy to make and good for strengthening the gut.

Please bring your own mat, blanket and cup. Seeds, soil, drink and nourishment will be provided.

Cost: $35 by May 28th, $45 after or $95 for all 3 classes in June
