Exploring Iyengar Yoga: Mobility & Stability with Yuval Boim

In each asana we must stabilize some parts of the body so that we can find mobility in others. Mobility frees up stiffness, and stability strengthens weakness. In this workshop we will explore the interplay of both.

Created by B.K.S. Iyengar over a period of 75 years of teaching and practicing, Iyengar Yoga is a method that uses sequencing, timing, and props to promotevitality, resilience and emotional stability. Iyengar Yoga offers a safe, gradual and progressive path for transformation to students of any age, body-type and fitness level.
