Revitalize and Restore
In this workshop we will focus on poses which generate energy and vitality through extension and chest opening. We will then transition to various supported poses which replenish, aid in recovery and prepare for pranayama.
Created by B.K.S. Iyengar over a period of 75 years of teaching and practicing, Iyengar Yoga is a method that uses sequencing, timing, and props to promote vitality, resilience, and emotional stability.
