Join Dig Yoga and Basil Bandwagon for a fun fitness/wellness 19-day challenge! Shed the pandemic pounds and get your body, mind and heart in optimal health though the support of community!
Everyday, Dig Yoga trainers will ‘challenge’ you to move your body with a specific class to support your fitness. In addition, Basil Bandwagon is offering $1 off smoothies to all participants during the 19 days so you can nourish yourself as much as possible! Their wellness team is also available to support you with any additional nutritional questions.
Your weekly schedule looks like this starting July 12th-July 31st:
Monday - CardioHIIT with Craig Miller 12-12:45pm (in-person or livestream recorded)
Tuesday - Core & Balance with Naime Jezzeny (livestream recorded) 7-7:30am
Wednesday - Bands & Slides with Dean Smith (in-person or livestream recorded) 12-12:45pm
Thursday - Core & Balance with Naime Jezzeny (livestream recorded) 7-7:30am
Friday- Yoga with Sue Elkind (in-person or livestream recorded) 12-1pm
Saturday & Sunday- you will receive recordings to support your body with Body Rolling/Self-Myofascial Release, Breathing and Meditation. All classes are recorded so you can do them later (36 hours to complete).
$49 entry will get you daily classes, discounts on smoothies at Basil, and guidance from four fitness and yoga trainers on your path to wellness. 3 grand prizes will be given drawn from those willing to share their journey on social media. First prize is one month free unlimited in-person classes at Dig. Second prize is $75 gift card for Basil Bandwagon. Third prize is $50 gift card to Dig.
