Join Sue Elkind online for her MEDITATION IMMERSION from your own home! This live-streamed course is designed to help you establish, or renew, your meditation practice and commit to optimizing your health! Classes will be twice a month, on Monday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm ET and will journey into the science, health benefits, techniques, and practices of meditation. Each meeting will include an inspirational talk, energy movement, breath work & meditation practices, sprinkled along the way with chanting, mantra and even restoratives! Handouts are regularly emailed to reinforce the practices.
With the help of guided instruction, even those who have never meditated before can experience the enormous benefits of meditation and feel a deeper connection to their innermost potential. Science now shows us what yogi’s have known for ages... that meditation works! Not only does it support mental, emotional and physical health, it actually guides each one of us towards the evolution of a brighter, truer tomorrow.
