Add a resistance tool to the practice of Movement and Yoga. Working with the MSA resistance belt will give you a completely new and creative approach to your practice!
The multifunctional use of this strap allows for specific targeting of strength, with the ability to access that body part smartly, so it serves to dig deeper into one’s Yoga or movement practice.
With this workshop, we will target the whole body, working it progressively while also understanding the mechanism of breathing and how to access stability and extension from this.
The sessions are recommended for anyone who wants to know more about their body and the stability required to gain ability in Movements well as people interested in familiarizing themselves with the resistance band and the fascia release balls.
