In this workshop, we will target the whole body, working the entire body progressively while also understanding the mechanism of breathing and how to access stability and extension from this.

The sessions are recommended for anyone who wants to know more about their body and the stability required to gain ability in Movement as well as people interested in familiarizing themselves with the resistance band and the fascia release balls.
Stephanie is a Physiotherapist, Yoga Teacher and Functional Movement fanatic! She believes that coming from the Western side of science, the practice of Yoga has provided a very holistic way of healing.
