The winter months offer an opportunity to slow down and turn inward. This workshop will be dedicated to the recuperative family of asanas, which help to restore the body and soothe the mind.
Created by B.K.S. Iyengar over a period of 75 years of teaching and practicing, Iyengar Yoga is a method that uses sequencing, timing, and props to promote vitality, resilience, and emotional stability.
Iyengar Yoga offers a safe, gradual and progressive path for transformation to students of any age, body-type and fitness level.
