Join Kerri Brynildsen in this workshop designed to analyze proper alignment and target specific yoga practices for rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength. You will learn how to cultivate diaphragmatic breath and its connection to the pelvic floor. A focus on building a strong foundation through guided meditation and self-inquiry will be supported through a journaling exercise. Build an understanding of the core muscle group of the body and learn how it works as a cohesive system for optimal firing other muscular groups in the body. Participants will receive informative handouts.
