The Ins and Outs of the Hips
The hips are internal to the ankle and knee joints and external to the lower back and abdomen. By looking at adjacent parts and by exploring correct actions we will bring freedom and stability to the entire hip joint. We will finish the session with restorative poses to settle the mind from outside in.
