Join Sue bi-monthly livestream via Zoom on Monday evenings from 7:45pm-8:30pm. Each class is themed differently and includes breath-work & meditation practices. There’s also time for deeper relaxation at the end. Handouts will be sent after most classes to reinforce practices.
